FREEDOM FINANCE TECHNOLOGIES is a Cyprus-based fintech company and part of the international financial holding Freedom Finance. We develop and maintain trading and banking IT products, as well as the IT infrastructure of the holding worldwide.

Our team currently has 170 members. About a third work from our office in Cyprus, while the rest work remotely from various countries and cities around the world. Over the past three years, we have grown fourfold and continue to actively expand our team.

We have been developing our core product — a trading system for brokerage operations in the stock markets — since 2009.

More than 700,000 users in 41 countries use our applications.

• Designing and optimizing neural network models tailored to the needs of specific projects.
• Applying existing solutions (such as BERT, GPT, ResNet, EfficientNet) and fine-tuning them to meet client requirements.
• Developing new models for highly specialized tasks using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Improving the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of models.
• Running data experiments, developing novel approaches, and enhancing existing algorithms.
• Collaborating closely with development and business analytics teams to integrate solutions into the final product.

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with classical machine learning (identifying correlations, building predictive models).
• Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and the ability to clearly communicate conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with microservice architecture (Docker).
• Understanding of FastAPI.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming in Python (asyncio, aiohttp).
• Proficiency with Git.
• Understanding of text vectorization, embeddings, and optimization techniques for vectorization.
• Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering principles.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in audio analysis, including processing and interpreting audio recordings and extracting emotional signals (e.g., using NLP and signal processing techniques). Familiarity with algorithms for speech processing, emotion recognition, and behavioral analytics.
• Strong data handling skills: collecting, processing, and interpreting data using SQL, Python or R, and relevant analytical libraries.

• Fully remote work.
• Monday to Friday schedule, approximately 10–11 AM to 6–7 PM (Moscow/Cyprus time).
